Kiwi

Kiwi felt like luxury! A great van, clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had an amazing few days in Milford Sound with Kiwi as our base. Matt was very quick to respond with any queries we had. Thank you Matt and Kiwi!

This was a great van for our family of four. Lots of space with all the conveniences available. Van was in great shape and Matt and Tamie were super helpful. Would rent Kiwi again!!

We cannot recommend Tamie & Matt highly enough. They are dedicated to giving us the best experience and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out of a difficult situation. For that we are extremely grateful and thank them very much.

Matt is a great host, communication was smooth, the van was in perfect condition and he was even so kind to drop us off at the airport after. We won't doubt to rent again and we can recommend him to everyone!

Matt & Tamie were fantastic to deal with. The handover was really smooth, the campervan was really clean, well-stocked and just great overall.

10/10 experience! Miss Kiwi was super an amazing van! It was my first time using Camlify and everything went better than I couldve imagined. Matt and Tamie were great communicators, very helpful and fast at responding. Matt walked us through all the important know-hows of the van before taking us, and provided us with everything we needed including towels, linen, cutlery etc. The van was really clean, well maintained, and easy to drive + live in. We had so much space for those rainy days stuck inside, and the heating kept us nice and warm on snowy nights. We will definitely go with Matt and Tammie when we come to NZ again!

Tamie and Matt were incredible from the moment we booked until we handed the keys back. When we picked up the van we were given such a great run through of how to use the van we felt so confident to start our road trip. The camper was clean and it has everything you need to travel around. We had a super fun week exploring the South island and would recommend Queenstown Campervans to all our friends back home in Aus. Really good fun. We live in the South Island and this was a really great way of seeing places we had been to already in a different way. We did a loop of lower South Island over a week long trip and enjoyed the freedom to take our time. We stayed in freedom camping spots and paid camp grounds etc. Kiwi is a great vehicle and is very easy to drive despite its size and very roomy on the inside with everything you need. :)

We had an incredible trip with our 20 month old in Kiwi! It had everything we needed for our week stay and it made the trip so seamless. The diesel heater worked a treat to keep us warm on cooler nights. Matt and Tammy were incredibly helpful too! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience in Kiwi, from the initial pick up process and Matt thoroughly going over all the how tos with the van right throughout our campervan adventure and returning Kiwi home. New Zealand is so well set up for campervans including dedicated parking spaces, so navigating was a breeze. Having Kiwi fully self contained made our driving holiday a blast. We barely connected to power, having a gas cooktop and everything you need in the kitchen to be able to prepare meals meant we could spend the whole day exploring this beautiful country. The diesel heater was exceptional on colder nights and helped with drying wet jackets and boots after a day of hiking. I would highly recommend hiring Kiwi for a memorable & unforgettable driving holiday around Queenstown.

We had a great time in the campervan. It was a great way to see things while also having the flexibility to have conveniences with us all the time. Matt and Tamie were great to work with. They fully met all of our requests and were very helpful. Tammie called a van for us as we were heading home. We had too much luggage for a standard Uber. We 100% would hire them next time we are in New Zealand!

We had the most amazing family holiday travelling around the South Island in Kiwi with our 7 month old baby! Kiwi is super spacious and has everything you need for a very comfortable trip. The kitchen came stocked with more than enough cooking utensils and pots/pans, and a great sized fridge and oven too! We travelled at the end of Spring but some mornings were still very chilly, so the diesel heater worked beyond our expectations and kept us all very toasty warm! Our baby slept soundly in the overhead bed and Tamie provided us with a clip on net that ensured she didnt roll out of the bed at night. They also provided a rear facing car seat which was perfect. We paid extra to hire their portable espresso machine and if youre a coffee lover its so worth it! The coffee tasted as good as the cafe! Matt and Tamie were very helpful, they gave us great tips for travelling the South Island and always responded to messages promptly. We cant wait to come back to NZ and make more family memories in Kiwi!

The motor home was great had every thing that we needed for an enjoyable trip Matt & Tami are so helpful we will be returning to hire of them hopefully soon

Kiwi totally exceeded our expectations. For our first time in a motor home, this one was A1- easy to drive and operate, toilet and shower onboard meant we could camp anywhere! Tam and Matt gave us some great travel tips on where to go etc- nothing better than local knowledge. Next time we visit, I hope to have friends with us so we can rent the 3 vans for another scenic road trip! Loved it!

Loved renting from a local. Matt and Tamie were very quick to respond with questions. Bedding was comfortable. Nice that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time in Matt & Tamie's van. It had everything we could need and was super-comfortable and nice and warm at night. Matt & Tamie were extremely welcoming and helpful, and couldn't have asked for better 'hosts' for our first trip to New Zealand. The van was spotlessly clean and everything worked perfectly onboard. Communications and handovers with Matt & Tamie were very easy and friendly. We will be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting a New Zealand adventure of a lifetime.

Cant rate Matt and Tammie and their awesome van Kiwi highly enough!! My wife and I had the best time touring around the South in Kiwi. Matt and Tammie really take good care of their vehicles so you can rest assured any of their vehicles will be clean, tidy and functional. This was certainly the case for our trip in kiwi. It drives really nicely and is well appointed with everything we needed. The diesel heater system in the van works great, we really appreciated it travelling during the winter. Snow on the ground so the views from the van were spectacular (it has fantastic large windows in the rear), but we were still cozy and warm tucked up in bed (in fact so warm we had to open some of those windows)!! Matt and Tammie are also fantastic hosts, excellent help before and after our trip, thanks heaps your hospitality was very much appreciated. We will definitely use their vans again for our next journey south, which Im already planning and we only got home yesterday.

Highly recommend booking through Matt & Tamie and booking this van. It had absolutely everything you needed and Matt & Tamie's communication throughout the whole booking process was incredible. The van came with a very detailed book which had every answer you needed in there. The van itself was SO comfortable, even in Winter on those very cold nights thanks to the diesel heater (which worked perfectly). I definitely will be returning to NZ and will be re-booking through Matt & Tamie :).
