Hey there adventurers, we’re Tamie and Matt, the team behind Queenstown Campervans and winners of Camplify's Owner of the Year award!
We’re a local couple based in beautiful Queenstown, and we’ve combined our love for travel, great design, and unforgettable experiences to help others explore New Zealand in comfort and style.
Tamie works in tourism as an Experience Development Manager and is a proud Queenstown local. If you’re wondering what to do or where to go, she’s your go-to for insider tips on the region. Her favourite part of campervan life? Waking up to stunning views with a good coffee in hand, and having the freedom to stay or move on whenever the moment feels right. She’s the dreamer behind the business, but it takes two to keep the wheels rolling smoothly.
That’s where Matt comes in. A long-time local of over 25 years, Matt knows the region like the back of his hand. He’s all about quality and functionality, making sure every van is road-ready and prepped for your next big adventure.
We’ve built Queenstown Campervans to reflect what we value most: freedom, flexibility, comfort, and great service. Whether you’re heading into the wild or hugging the coast, our goal is to make your road trip easy, memorable, and full of those epic Kiwi moments.

All of our campervans come fully self-contained and ready to hit the road. We include bedding, towels, kitchenware, and everything you need for a comfortable trip. Just bring your clothes and a sense of adventure!
Nope! A valid full car driver’s licence from your home country is all you need. If it’s not in English, you’ll also need an international driving permit.
Yes! All our campervans are self-contained certified and equipped for off-grid travel. They all have on-board batteries that are charged whenever you drive and by solar panels. However, you can’t drive on unsealed roads, so please stick to sealed surfaces to protect the vehicle and keep your insurance valid.
Yes, we’re located just 800m from Queenstown Airport and offer pick-ups and drop-offs on request. No taxis needed! It's also a very easy walk too :)
We have a 4-day minimum hire during quieter winter period and a 6-day minimum during peak summer times. If you’re unsure which applies to your dates, feel free to get in touch, we’re happy to help.
Sorry, we don’t allow pets in our motorhomes.
You’ll have 24/7 roadside assistance through Camplify, and we’re always just a call or message away if you need help.
All bookings through Camplify include damage protection. You can also choose to upgrade your cover during the booking process for added peace of mind.
